Our November Theme:
Thanksgiving is a national holiday founded on giving and gratitude. From the very first Thanksgiving, to the one we celebrate this month, one tradition still holds true: sharing the bounty of nature and our kitchens brings people together.
We can develop our EQ skills & abilities by practicing authentic manners, generosity, and thoughtfulness- especially around the dinner table, lunch or snack table. At the same time, we can learn about respecting and nurturing our own growing bodies with healthy but yummy recipes of treats we can make and share.
We can also learn to nurture ourselves and one another by enjoying the fresh outdoors as well as exercising in our gyms, and by feeding our minds and spirits with music, good books, inspiring artwork and new ideas. We are so grateful for these things!
